FAQ
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
Are your prices fixed per month or are they per-user?
There are no additional per-user charges — the flat monthly price is the same no matter if 1 person or 100 people are using your account. FileURLs pricing is based on the amount of used upload/download bandwidth, not the number of people who are using it. The more people who use FileURLs in your organization, the better.
Is this a long-term commitment? Can I cancel my account at any time?
FileURLs is a pay-as-you-go service.
There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep — and it's really easy. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options. Plus, we'll never hit you up with a "set-up" or extra "one-time" fee when you upgrade.
What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Where can we review your terms of service and privacy policies?
Here are our
Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy.
